Based around your dietary needs and desires, your meal plan will be curated so that it aligns with your goals while satisfying your taste buds. We'll help you navigate the grocery store aisles, decode food labels, and make informed choices that promote optimal health.

We'll work with you one-on-one to develop a customized nutrition plan tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Our end goal is to guide you towards lasting results that will keep you feeling energized and vibrant all year round.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Our commitment to your success doesn't end with the coaching sessions. As part of the Second Spark community, you gain access to ongoing support and accountability. We provide regular check-ins, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed to keep you on track towards your goals. We're here to cheer you on every step of the way and celebrate your achievements, no matter how big or small they may be.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Work one-on-one with a diet coach via email exchange
  • Feedback from your coach 3x a week (proactive updates are required so we can help you stay on track!)
  • Create a customized plan to help you achieve your dieting goals, whether it be to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain your weight.
  • We'll monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program
  • Unlimited contact between you and your coach via email
  • A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, 48-hour turnaround on weekends.
  • A recurring monthly engagement, which auto-renews each month until cancellation
