Hey, I'm Alexander – your friendly neighborhood fitness guru. The burning question: Why did I pursue a career in fitness? Well, seeing everyone at the beach, pool parties, vacations and everyday life being either super jacked or shredded made me envious. I wanted that. So, I started to follow some fad diets, workout plans from the pro's, two-a-day workouts, you name it; nothing worked. That envy turned to frustration - frustration turned to curiosity - curiosity turned to knowledge.
